Detchar safety injections saturated PCALx at LHO

After the Detchar safety injections were complete, the operator (@ryan.crouch) noticed that the PCALx OFS servo was saturating. He toggled the output off/on, and it's fine. But, would be good to double check amplitudes at LHO some time. Maybe it only happend as the injections were turning off? I haven't checked. But, maybe @siddharth.soni can let us know if the highest amplitude injections today looked as they should.
