Prune out old "EPICs Records"

The compute_epics_records method of the DARMModel class in darm.py computes all EPICs records for the needs of all versions of time-dependent correction factor computations from versions-past of T1700106.

We may, in the future, move towards exact TDCFs (a la P1800313) which may need different or more EPICs records.
