Reduce distributed package size - move unit test values out of the big npz files

A few of the files in test/ are quite large:

17M	DCS_test.npz
15M	GDS_test.npz
6.5M	2019-03-27_H1DARM_OLGTF_BB.xml

In discussion with @madeline-wade, she thinks that only a portion the DCS/GDS files are needed. Removing them could greatly reduce the size of the package.
