Make initial script that generates the needed validation plots and data products

An initial script should process the data that was created by measuring interferometer parameters. The processed data should be plotted, fitted via MCMC, comparisons with current model and previous measurements. Necessary data products should be recorded stored for later use. The plots could also be saved to a PDF file for later consumption. Ideally we should be able to reproduce the analysis at any future time.
