Add option to have a gain in CALCS paths

It would be helpful to put in another "gain value" knob to the CALCS model parameters since this gain can be changed easily in the control room to non-unity values. This will require some change to the assumption that that the CALCS model gain for each path matches the real in-loop model parameter.
