Improvements for CALCS compute_epics_records

Configuration ini file changes:

• Allow for the user to specify the order of which frequency goes into which demod "LINE5", "LINE8", "LINE6", etc. and then loop over the values to simplify the calculation of EPICS records and saving to the dictionary output
• In addition, a "mapping" of which calibration line is associated with which arm and demod would be generally more helpful

These changes would then need code changes in compute_epics_records to handle the ordering, mapping, looping over the number of demods
