[Rescoped] Add ability for uncertainty.py to fold in additional sampling for other \eta_C distrubutions rather than just \eta_R
In order to support the current plan for H1's unruly detuned SRC optical spring, we agree that we plan to account for the time dependent error in sensing function response as an additional systematic error applied to the sensing function (different than O3B when it was applied as a systematic error on the response function, because that's what we thought to do first and could stitch together quickly).
Currently, the uncertainty.py
module is written with only the O3B method in mind -- allowing for the sampling of an additional GPR fit distributions of response functions.
Please build in similar functionality, but for a systematic error distribution (informed by a GPR fit) in each of the primary terms, the (inverse) sensing and each actuator stage, in addition to a response function systematic error (informed by a GPR fit).
Actuation eta values can be done in a subsequent issue
