pydarm ls -r doesn't show reports that have no tags

When querying what reports exist, in the midst of newly processed measurements that we're deciding whether to add tags we run

pydarm ls -r

But, that doesn't show new reports yet to be tagged. Doing so would be especially helpful when we have multiple measurements in a row, with a different IFO controls setting, and we want to tag among them which one we like, but don't remember the report ID.
