Process measurement data that has been read in for MCMC and/or GPR

The measurement data that has been read in needs to have all the known quantities divided out so that we are only left with unknown sensing or actuation parameters. These are then fit using MCMC for single measurements or GPR for multiple measurements.

Single measurement is the input to MCMC, multiple measurements are inputs to GPR. It is also useful to see the 'stacked' measurements for consistency
