Plotting color for LHO uncertainty with monitoring data

With the integration of GPflow in uncertainty calculation, the comparison plot with vs without monitoring data is shown on the CAL pages. For LLO, the final one with monitoring data is in blue, and the one without monitoring data is in gray. For LHO, the final one is in red as expected. However, the one without monitoring data is in green. See an example here #252 (comment 1063113)

This is not a high-priority issue, but we need to make the plotting style consistent between the two sites. The green color should be made gray for LHO.
