Easy plotting infrastructure to show response function impact of arbitrary electronics residual errors

We've done it a couple of times so far -- in G2000527, and in our systematic error papers -- but it would be great if we had infrastructure to show the level of contribution of a given collection of electronics measurement vs. compensation residuals to the response function systematic error. I'll post example plots and location of scripts in the comments below.
