In RRNom Infrastructure: Re-visit how Uncertainty in Cavity Pole Frequency is Included
In RRNom, there's a carry over "TODO from O3:" that the only uncertainty that was included for the cavity pole was that from the TDCFs, and did not include the MCMC uncertainty in the reference cavity pole.
On 2022-01-19, we decided that "the right thing to do" is to
- create a reference sensing function that samples from the MCMC distribution of sensing parameters, including f_CC reference
- then update the sensing function with the ratio of the reference sensing function to an sensing function created by parameters updated with TDCF values See the page 14 of G2001293 for math details.
