The Ultra Swift project will be an attempt to point Swift with prototype O5 infrastructure and early warning inspiral pipeline. The O5 technology components being prototyped are:

• arrakis data distribution and stream processing system
• sgn-cal next-gen calibration pipeline
• sgnl inspiral pipeline
• prototype alert systems The project will begin when O4 resumes after the spring commissioning break, on June 4, 2025.

So we need to have a version of the calibration pipeline running in "production" on O4 data by June 4.
