- Fixed bug when setting gauss command at node which has no reflected path back
  to the component it was set at. Now doing a predecessor trace from the gauss
  command nodes if not all nodes have been set during the forward trace.

- Separating checks for unstable and critical cavities. Cavity traces are now
  skipped when a cavity is critical, whilst the beam tracing is aborted if a
  cavity is unstable.
