Add functionality to mock up spins using the prescription described [here](http://superstring.mit.edu/welcome.html)/[here](https://arxiv.org/abs/1805.03046) One note is that it is very helpful to be able generate spin magnitudes and tilts. In-plane spin uncertainties don't need to be specified very well/realistically, so long as they are large.
