Fix PESummary keyword args

At present there is a mistake in the handling of PESummary additional keyword arguments from a blueprint (we're trying to unpack just keys rather than items (see https://git.ligo.org/asimov/asimov/-/blob/master/asimov/pipeline.py?ref_type=heads#L424)
