Documentation

We need documentation (config file, pipeline command) for launching runs on CIT or localy on the following cases:

• Real data
  • gw_data_find
  • cache-dict
  • psd-dict and noise model
• Simulated data with each of the models (GW-wavelets, BW-CBC, glitch, noise)
• Injection from the prior and PP plots
• Injections with specific parameters on real or simulated data
• Other injections?

Other things:

• Scripts for reweighting
• Scripts for reproducing runs of glitch no overlap paper

Add pp-plot path where I did them, if I run X it produces y

• Script for how to launch 400 runs from prior, read them, produce PP plot
• Make folder with all runs in glitch away from signal paper on CIT
