WIP: Standalone edc improvements

Updates to the standalone_edc:

  • Allow more output data types (int16, int32, float32, float64)
  • Use the same ini file parser as the rest of the code
  • Update daqd_shmem to properly byte swap 16bit quantities.
  • Updated mbuf_probe with the branch 3.5 changes (command line/help improvements) and added in basic support for analyzing data in the mbuf on the fly.
