Improvement request for Y scaling on small constant values
Dave Barker noticed that on constant value graphs with values near zero, autoscaling of the Y axis seems to settle on -0.5 to 0.5. The immediate visual impression is that the value is zero.
Autoscaling handles large constant values well, and also small values with some variation.
Example here: actual value is 4.9 x 10-4
