Awgtpman should not depend on only single type of ADC in the first slot

Awgtpman currently looks at the first IO card, then quits if it's not a standard 16-bit ADC. Instead, it should work if there's any ADC at all.

Awgtpman only seems to need an ADC to read cycle time.
