SDF for filter module switch settings does not show unmonitored diffs with the 'Monitor Select = ALL'

If all or some filtermodule switch settings are not being monitored by SDF (last column on snap file for SW1S and SW2S are not 1 or 0xffffffff) then if a switch is switched, the difference is not shown in the DIFF table when 'Monitor Select = ALL'
