Sequencer has error states that are not adequately reported when failing to load filter modules.

When you hit COEFF LOAD, filter modules are displayed as they are loaded in the -_MSG field, this string also can report error cases, but it is not very obvious when that string changes to an error. We should signal an error some other way, that will flip a box red somewhere, so users won't miss that their coefficients didn't load.
