read buffer too small for large IFO daqd

On the large DAQ test stand, just added more EDCU channels for fuller Guardian, etc. A restart of /usr/bin/daqd (rts-daqd) on data concentrator fails on segmentation fault. Error is read_size = 99616 cur dcu size 113496. Suspect either read buffer is too small either on rts-daqd or rts-cps_recv
