provide explanatory comments in default daqdrc file

It would be exceedingly helpful if the default daqdrc file distributed in the advligorts-daqd package included copious comments explaining all of the commands and any peculiars like ordering. This would be considerably more useful than any online documentation, since it's all right inline where it's needed most.
