Updated the readme and changed the multicast address in the example configuration file to be a valid multicast address.

Moving the configuration file .ini suffix from the systemd template parameter to the ExecStart command.

Relaxed the substitution requirement for the name of the configuration file in the systemd template file.

Changed the 'host' and 'port' configuration file setting names to 'multicast_address' and 'multicast_port'.
