Single source streams seem to have the wrong gps

NDS2 queries to a daqd_stream backed system get a gps of 0, 1, 2, 3, ... from the system (time since the start of the query). This happens when a single source (IFO stream or Frame). When multiple streams are selected the expected GPS values are returned.

It is suspected that this is a daqd_stream issue as the code to return the gps is not different on the nds side.
