Reorganized the repo by deleting irrelevant stuff. Only essential
old noisebudget files are kept. Measured data is kept in Data folder
which will be repaced by new measurements.
The new code is now in noisebudget folder decreasing depth of the
repo. Previous version of the repo is saved in .zip folder in local
computer of Anchal (anchal@caltech.edu) and in CTN WS1.
Any path conflicts due to these changes will be slowly corrected in
future.
