Make YAML files available from online docs more explicit about supported architecture

Currently one can see macOS environment YAML files available from

https://computing.docs.ligo.org/conda/environments/osx/igwn-py39.yaml

This file is specific to the x86_64 architecture (osx-64 in conda terms), we need to make that more explicit.
