Server code running in Python 3 on SL7 has to run in virtual environment

As mentioned in #9 (closed), in order to use pyodbc in Python 3 on Scientific Linux 7, server code has to run in a virtual environment. This will probably/hopefully not be necessary in Rocky Linux 8.
