segments-web 2 - Open query results in new page (tab)

Open results of queries in a new page (tab), rather than replacing the page that the queries are submitted from (home page), so that users can more easily compare and refine multiple queries (similar to functionality on https://ldvw.ligo.caltech.edu/ldvw/view ).
