Pre-configure all fedora rpmlint configurations

With !24 (merged) we can now support multiple configuration files for rpmlint whilst trivially enabling the user to provide their own overrides.

We should consider downloading all of the Fedora rpmlint configurations from the repo to follow their packaging guidelines as much as possible.

This probably removes a number of false positives in our packages, and may expose other issues.
