Error running add-account.sh

The script completes succesfully, but from time to time throws an error:

botocore.exceptions.EndpointConnectionError: Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "http://127.0.0.1:2000/GetSamplingRules"

Needs to be investigated, has to do with XRAY, not clear if triggered by wrong password.
