RRT view: DQR URL for O4 production

On gracedb-test, DQR URL (https://ldas-jobs.ligo.caltech.edu/\\\~dqr/o4dqr/online/events/${YYYMM}/${graceid}/) is different from the URL the RRT view code expects (https://ldas-jobs.ligo.caltech.edu/\\\~dqr/o4dqr-results/production/events/${YYYMM}/${graceid}/).

I'd like @derek.davis to chime in. If the URL scheme is final for O4, we'll have to change the code on GraceDB side.
