minor presentation suggestions with GraceDB event quantities

In the "Event Information" section of the superevent and the "Basic Event Information" of the G-events, the "FAR (yr^-1)" field repeats the units in the numerical value that follows. Will be good to remove the units currently appearing next to the numerical value so that to retain consistency with the rest of the fields as they are reported in this section of the event information. Moreover, the fields corresponding to time in the "Superevent Information" and "Event Information" section of the superevent will be good to qualify them as "(GPS seconds)".
