G1. Provide a central database for managing data products associated with a trigger in O4.
G2. Provide a unique name for each trigger used to track data products between subgroups.
G3. Provide an API for the upload of triggers by all pipelines (including Burst pipelines) producing
candidates in the “GWTC” catalogues (i.e, for online, offline and CBC/Burst searches).
G4. Provide an API for metadata in a predetermined format to be added to a trigger.
G5. Automatically label events based on predetermined rules and their metadata. For example, if a trigger
is a “candidate” or “event” and the name of any papers in which the event appears.
G6. Ensure metadata can be accessed by authenticated users from an API and GUI.
G7. Provide a mechanism whereby users can receive alerts for metadata changes about a subset of
triggers based on their labelling.
