The GraceDB server needs to be updated to accept tokens from the new issuer: - issuer: `https://cilogon.org/igwn` - scopes: `gracedb.read` Given how early in the scitokens roll-out we are, it's probably not necessary to also accept older tokens, we can just bump users onto the new ones.
