Discontinue this project

@warren-anderson, @satyanarayan.raypitambarmohapatra, I think we can safely discontinue support for this product, and not build packages for future supported platforms (EL9, Debian 12+, etc).

Are you aware of any users/groups that would be severely negatively impacted by dropping support?
