How to validate a file checksum in python

Related to @stuart.anderson's recent email about file checksum validation, how can one actually perform that check using framecpp-swig? I suppose this boils down to exposing some of the FrEndOfFile structure information to the swig bindings.

Expose Verify class to SWIG so as to allow for python wrapping.
