FrameCPP 2.7.1 prints out debugging information where 2.7.0 did not

In a series of calls:

FrameCPP::IFrameFStream fs(path); auto toc = fs.getTOC(); auto numFrames = toc->GetNFrame(); auto runs = toc->GetRuns();

The following shows up on the console:
