framecpp-swig python tests trying to import old module name

frgetvect_compat.py and a number of other test modules are still trying to import the old frameCPP module, which fails under ctest, e.g. https://git.ligo.org/ldastools/LDAS_Tools/blob/54f34954/framecpp-swig/python/source/frgetvect_compat.py#L19
