Erronously installed README, causing collisions

ldas-tools-al-swig has an install instruction for README:

# Installation of key files
#========================================================================
install( FILES README
  DESTINATION ${CMAKE_INSTALL_DOCDIR} )

However, this ends up under the rather strange path /usr/share/doc/Project/README.bz2 by default. Even worse, ldas-tools-framecpp-swig will install the same file under the same path, leading to collisions. See, e.g., pbuilderlog for more details:
