ldas_analysis_ready (from ldas-tools-frameAPI 3.0.3) doesn't respect -h/--help option

The ldas_analysis_ready executable, as provided by ldas-tools-frameAPI-3.0.3-1.el8 doesn't seem to actually respect the -h/--help option the code suggests it should:
