The Debian 9 version of ldas-tools-framecpp-python does not install a __init__.py file, making it impossible to import LDAStools

Is this file brought in by another package?

If I only install the framecpp python bindings (no other ldas-tools python bindings) I have to manually add a __init__.py to /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/LDAStools in order to be able to use the package.
