ldastoolsal requires openssl but doesn't use it

From ldastoolsal/CMakeLists.txt [ref]:

cx_check_lib_framel( )
cx_check_lib_md5sum( )

However, I don't think the ldastoolsal build actually requires either FrameL or OpenSSL. Can these function calls be removed?
