Job Failed #3735688

The twine publishing job (#3735688) for the latest release failed because it attempted to publish the .debian.tar.xz distribution as well.

It also emitted the following warnings for all of the other dists that should have been published:

WARNING  `long_description_content_type` missing. defaulting to `text/x-rst`.   
WARNING  `long_description` missing.
