LICENSE not distributed with tarball (or with wheels)

The GPL license file is currently not distributed with either the tarball or the wheel for 0.0.1. Including the license file in the distribution is a condition of the GPL.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
