Function to plot posteriors

Rather than relying on the plot_corner method of the bilby Result class, I should write a function specifically for plotting posteriors from pulsars searches. This could take in results files, or objects, for a pulsar using results from individual detectors and sale them to be overplotted. It could also calculate and plot upper limits.
