IMC-ISS_QPD channels aren't used at LHO

We need to replace these channels:

H1:IMC-ISS_QPD_SUM_IN1_DQ
H1:IMC-ISS_QPD_PIT_OUT_DQ
H1:IMC-ISS_QPD_SUM_OUT_DQ
H1:IMC-ISS_QPD_YAW_OUT_DQ

with the following for the in-air ISS at LHO:

H1:PSL-ISS_SECONDLOOP_QPD_SUM_OUT_DQ
H1:PSL-ISS_SECONDLOOP_QPD_PIT_OUT_DQ
H1:PSL-ISS_SECONDLOOP_QPD_YAW_OUT_DQ

As explained by @kiwamu.izumi:

These channels are valid only for LLO because they use an in-air ISS, whereas we use an in vacuum ISS.
