All NOISEMONs at H1 are now `_OUT_DQ`

Omicron is failing to process the NOISEMON channels in the INI file (at H1) because their suffix is now _OUT_DQ, not just _DQ, e.g.

H1:SUS-OMC_M1_NOISEMON_LF_DQ

is now

H1:SUS-OMC_M1_NOISEMON_LF_OUT_DQ

This is not true for L1 at the time of writing. Perhaps we need to ask why?
