Strain C01 and C02 channels to be added to hveto unsafe list

joshua.smith [2:30 PM Nov 30 2017] We notice from the GravitySpy hveto results here: https://ldas-jobs.ligo.caltech.edu/~areeda/gspy/H1/O2/blip-all/ that round 2 is won by the channel H1:DCS-CALIB_STRAIN_C01 which TJ said is C01 strain. There seems to only be triggers for this for a short amount of time. Perhaps @duncan created this short stretch of triggers on demand for some purpose, and it ended up in the standard directory for Omicron and is picked up by hveto for this time? We should probably remove the file or add to our unsafe channels list.

duncan [8:49 AM Dec 8 2017] @joshua.smith, these triggers were generated for a short study around one of the events, I think, and should definitely be added to the unsafe list, along with DCS-CALIB_STRAIN_C02 (which may or may not exist now, but probably will in the future).

From these conversations, we propose to add the the following channels to the unsafe list for hveto (for reasons of being strain):
